win588 Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and win588 ("the platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on win588, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services available on win588, including sports betting, Bingo, platform games, promotions and the win588 mobile app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

win588 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use win588, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. win588 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If we detect that you have opened multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be voided.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• win588 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC or passport — at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered with fraudulent or false details will be closed immediately and any funds retained may be forfeited.

Once your account is created and verified, you can deposit PKR and start betting on cricket, PSL, football, Esports and platform games. Registration is free and there are no monthly account maintenance fees.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your win588 login credentials — username and password — confidential. win588 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive any message asking for your password, do not respond and contact win588 support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your win588 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact win588 support right away. We can place a temporary freeze on your account while the issue is investigated.

4. Deposits

All deposits on win588 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in a refund and possible account suspension.

• Deposits are typically credited to your win588 account within two minutes of a successful payment confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact win588 support with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or financial fraud will be reported and the account will be closed immediately.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are submitted through your win588 account dashboard and processed to your verified payment method.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes confirming your identity and your payment details.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. win588 does not make payments in any currency other than Pakistani Rupees.

• win588 reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of payment method ownership — before approving a withdrawal.

• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the amount will be returned to your win588 account balance and you will be notified of the reason.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

win588 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and PSL season specials. All promotions are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion.

• All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds must complete the full wagering requirement before they become withdrawable.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.

7. Sports Betting Rules

win588 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL, Pakistan T20 internationals and ODIs — football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. win588 is not responsible for bets placed at odds that were displayed in error — such bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For live in-play markets, bets are accepted during active trading. If a bet is submitted after the market has closed or after the relevant event outcome has been determined, the bet will be rejected.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated timeframe, settlement rules for that specific market will apply. These are detailed within each sport's rules section on the platform.
• win588 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market or for any individual player. Stake limits do not affect your right to bet on other markets.

• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of win588 is final after review. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
